Choosing between OneScreen touchscreens

Touchscreen TL7

The OneScreen TL7 runs Android 11 on a quad-core processor with a 2.6 TOPS NPU, supports up to 40 touch points with 1.5 mm touch accuracy and has 2 × 16 W speakers. It has 3 HDMI inputs, an HDMI output, a VGA input for older laptops and a USB-C input with up to 65 W of power. It supports external microphones for video calls.

Touchscreen T7

The OneScreen T7 runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification, on an octa-core processor with a 6 TOPS NPU and 128 GB of storage. It supports up to 50 touch points (depending on the operating system) with 1 mm accuracy, pressure sensitivity and palm rejection, and has 2 × 20 W speakers, a 25 W subwoofer and a built-in 8-microphone array with noise reduction.

Connections and log-in

The T7 has 3 USB-C inputs carrying 4K 60 Hz video, audio and touch, one with 100 W power delivery at the front, plus 4 HDMI inputs and an HDMI output. It supports log-in with NFC cards and QR codes, and ships with OneScreen Beacon cards that have a priority notification button. The TL7 offers a multi-window mode and 1 USB-C input; annotation is started manually rather than by picking up the pen.

Software and support

AI teaching tools

OneScreen states that both the T7 and TL7 include AI tools that generate quizzes, capture lessons and record them with closed captions, video and the shared screen. The T7 adds live speech transcription, translation and summarisation on the screen, which helps classrooms with several languages.

OneScreen GURU

All OneScreen solutions include OneScreen GURU, a free live support and training service available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week by email, chat, audio or video call. Training sessions can be scheduled as often as needed, which helps schools roll out displays across many classrooms.

Where OneScreen is used

Schools use the TL7 and T7 in classrooms for lessons, quizzes and recorded teaching; see Education & Training Spaces. Offices use them in meeting rooms with a OneScreen PTZ camera or webcam for hybrid calls; see Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms. The 98-inch and 105-inch TL7 suit auditoriums and large training rooms. These are indoor displays, so in the UAE keep them in air-conditioned rooms away from direct sun.

Installation and planning

OneScreen touchscreens from 65 to 105 inches need a matching wall or stand and planned cabling. Before ordering, check:

  • Size and weight: a wall or mobile stand rated for the chosen size, especially the 98-inch and 105-inch TL7.
  • Computing: whether Android is enough or a OneScreen OPS PC is needed for Windows software.
  • Camera and audio: a PTZ camera or webcam for the TL7, which uses external microphones; the T7 has microphones built in.

For wall mounts and mobile carts, the VSYS range covers displays of these sizes. Confirm the VESA pattern and load rating against the chosen OneScreen model.

Frequently asked questions

Is CorporateAV.ae an authorised OneScreen dealer in the UAE?

Yes. CorporateAV.ae is an authorised dealer of OneScreen in the UAE and supplies OneScreen TL7 and T7 interactive touchscreens, OneScreen OPS PCs, cameras, sharing devices and mobile carts.

This collection holds 17 OneScreen products, including the TL7 in 65, 75, 86, 98 and 105 inches and the T7 with Google EDLA certification.

What is the difference between the OneScreen T7 and TL7?

The T7 is the more advanced model: it runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification on an octa-core processor with a 6 TOPS NPU, supports up to 50 touch points with 1 mm accuracy, and has a built-in 8-microphone array and 2 × 20 W speakers with a 25 W subwoofer.

The TL7 runs Android 11 on a quad-core processor, supports up to 40 touch points with 1.5 mm accuracy, has 2 × 16 W speakers and uses external microphones. The TL7 adds a VGA input for older devices.

How many touch points does the OneScreen TL7 support?

The OneScreen TL7 supports up to 40 touch points with 1.5 mm touch accuracy, using infrared touch. OneScreen notes that the usable number of touch points depends on the operating system and app in use.

The T7 supports up to 50 touch points with 1 mm accuracy, pressure sensitivity and palm rejection, which gives a more natural writing feel for detailed work.

Does the OneScreen TL7 have Google Play?

No. The TL7 runs Android 11 and gives browser-based access to Google services, but it is not Google EDLA certified. For Google Play and native Google apps on the display, choose the OneScreen T7, which runs Android 15 with Google EDLA certification.

Both models can also run Windows through a OneScreen OPS PC, which this collection lists with Intel Core i5 and i7 processors.

Can I connect a laptop to a OneScreen touchscreen with USB-C?

Yes. The TL7 has one USB-C input with up to 65 W of power, and the T7 has 3 USB-C inputs that carry 4K 60 Hz video, audio and touch, with the front port delivering up to 100 W.

The TL7 also has 3 HDMI inputs and a VGA input, and the T7 has 4 HDMI inputs; both have an HDMI output for a second screen.

Does the OneScreen T7 have built-in microphones?

Yes. The OneScreen T7 has a built-in 8-microphone array with noise reduction, so the room can join calls and record lessons without an external microphone. The TL7 has no built-in microphones and supports external microphones.

For video calls, add a camera such as the OneScreen PTZ Camera, 1080p webcam or TrackCam listed in this collection.

What AI features do OneScreen touchscreens include?

OneScreen states that both the T7 and TL7 include AI tools that generate quizzes from different sources, capture and analyse lessons and record them with closed captions, video and the shared screen.

The T7 adds live speech transcription, translation and summarisation on the screen, which helps classrooms and meetings with several languages.

What support does OneScreen include?

All OneScreen solutions include OneScreen GURU, a free live support and training service available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, by email, chat, audio or video call, the GURU app or one-click access from OneScreen products.

Training sessions can be booked as often as needed, which helps schools and offices roll out touchscreens to many rooms.

What size OneScreen TL7 suits a large room?

For auditoriums, lecture halls and large training rooms, choose the 98-inch or 105-inch OneScreen TL7. For standard classrooms and meeting rooms, the 75-inch or 86-inch TL7 is usually enough, and 65 inches suits huddle rooms.

Larger screens are heavier, so check the wall or stand rating and the delivery route before ordering a 98 or 105-inch model.

Can users log in to a OneScreen T7 with a card?

Yes. The OneScreen T7 supports log-in with NFC cards and QR codes, so users reach their own account and files quickly on a shared screen. It ships with OneScreen Beacon cards, whose button sends a priority notification with the location and time to chosen contacts.

The Beacon feature is not available on the TL7, and Beacon cards are needed for each user.
