These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://corporateav.ae operated by Corporate AV (UAE).

By accessing this Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in accordance with applicable UAE laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and UAE Commercial Transactions Law.

1. Services: Corporate AV provides audiovisual rental, installation, event production, and technical support services within the UAE subject to written quotation and signed agreement.

2. Quotations & Payment: Quotations are valid for the stated period. A deposit may be required. Full payment terms will be defined in the service agreement.

3. Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period and costs incurred.

4. Liability: Corporate AV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

5. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control including government restrictions, weather, venue issues, or third-party failures.

6. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to UAE courts jurisdiction.
