What is the Biamp Crowd Mics ATOM?
The Biamp Crowd Mics ATOM connects the Crowd Mics attendee and moderator interfaces to a venue’s AV system. It enables smartphone-based audience questions, moderated microphone participation and live polling for presentations, lectures and panel discussions. Corporate AV can help specify the equipment and setup for projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
ATOM is the hardware host for Crowd Mics. Attendees use the participant app and venue Wi-Fi, while a moderator manages speaking requests, questions and polls. The room’s sound system and network are separate parts of the installation.

Biamp Voltera A 300.2 Two-Channel Class D Amplifier. Analogue amplification option if the venue needs a separate amplifier. Match the balanced ATOM output to the amplifier’s input level and size the speaker load; existing venue amplification may already be suitable.
Installation
Review Wi-Fi coverage, client capacity, network access and the room-audio signal path with the venue IT and AV teams. Connect the chosen line-level or digital audio output to a suitable input, set gain structure and test moderated participation before the event. Check current app and operating-system requirements and any online-event licensing separately.
