What is the Biamp TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI?
The Biamp TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI is a fixed-I/O audio DSP with 12 analogue mic/line inputs and 8 analogue outputs. It provides routing, mixing and signal processing for analogue audio systems; the AI version does not add the CI/VT models’ AEC input capability. This DAN version adds 32 × 32 Dante audio networking. TesiraFORTÉ DAN AI is a configurable room-audio processor, not a power amplifier. It connects microphones, sources, conferencing hosts and downstream audio equipment through a Tesira system design. Specify the correct network variant before ordering.

Biamp Voltera A 300.2 Two-Channel Class D Amplifier. Analogue amplifier option for the DSP’s line outputs. Calculate speaker channels, low-impedance or transformer loads and available power; set input gain for the DSP output level.
Biamp Tesira TEC-1i In-Wall PoE Control. Tesira control-panel option for a configured system. Include suitable PoE power and assign the intended volume, source or room-control functions.
Installation
Confirm the DAN hardware variant, microphone inputs, USB channel allocation, amplifier input levels and the full Tesira processing design. Plan the Dante network, clocking and subscriptions; a DAN unit does not directly provide the AVB interface required by Parlé AVB microphones. Commission gain structure, routing, loudspeaker processing against the installed room.
