What is the Bose DesignMax DM8C-Sub?
The Bose DesignMax DM8C-Sub is a passive in-ceiling subwoofer for adding low-frequency coverage to a complete installed sound system. Its published frequency range is 38 Hz – 115 Hz. The ceiling-mounted format keeps the speaker integrated with the room finish. Corporate AV can specify the speakers, amplification and installation scope for your UAE project.
A passive subwoofer needs an external amplifier; it does not connect directly to a phone, laptop or mains supply for audio playback. This model supplies bass and must work with suitable main loudspeakers.

Bose PowerSpace P4300+ Amplifier: The Bose PowerSpace P4300+ is a compatible amplifier option for a correctly configured 70/100 V speaker circuit or supported low-impedance arrangement. Match the selected output mode, channel load, gain and protection to the DM8C-Sub; configure the manufacturer's high-pass filter and any required limiters. The amplifier is sold separately.
Recommended Full-Range Loudspeaker
Bose DM5C DesignMax Loudspeakers | Color: White is a main-loudspeaker option for a system that also needs midrange and high-frequency coverage. Specify the amplifier channels, crossover and level alignment for the complete system. Sold separately.

Check the 13.8 in (349 mm) ceiling opening, available backcan depth, tile-bridge support and independent fixing requirements against the installation drawing.
