What is the Logitech Rally Plus?

Logitech Rally Plus is a modular USB video conferencing system for larger meeting rooms. A separate motorised 4K PTZ camera, two speakers and two Rally Mic Pods let installers place the video and audio components around the room rather than concentrating everything in one bar. Table and display hubs organise the connections to a compatible room computer.

This is a modular conferencing peripheral system, rather than an all-in-one room computer. The final room needs a compatible host, displays and software configuration.

Is Rally Plus a standalone Teams Rooms appliance?

Rally Plus is a USB peripheral system. It needs a compatible computer or supported appliance arrangement and the appropriate meeting software and licences; the camera and hubs alone do not provide a Teams Rooms computer.

How many microphone pods come with Rally Plus?

The standard Rally Plus package includes two Rally Mic Pods and two Rally speakers. Confirm the exact regional bundle on the quotation; Rally and Rally Plus packages differ.

Can I add microphones to Rally Plus?

Yes. Logitech supports up to seven Rally Mic Pods in supported layouts. Choose pod and hub placement around the actual table layout and follow the permitted cable lengths.

Does Rally Plus include a 4K camera?

Yes. The system uses a motorised 4K PTZ camera with 15× HD zoom. The transmitted meeting resolution depends on the host, conferencing service, settings and available bandwidth.

Where should the speakers and microphones be placed?

Place the speakers near the display and distribute microphone pods to cover participants. Avoid blocking pods or placing them beside noise sources; commission echo cancellation and pickup in the finished room.

Which accessories should I add?

Additional Rally Mic Pods extend microphone coverage. The Rally Mounting Kit provides component mounting options and is sold separately; check the hub and camera positions before choosing the cable route.

Do I need an external audio amplifier?

The Rally system uses its own powered audio components. Do not connect its proprietary speakers as ordinary passive loudspeakers to an unrelated amplifier. Specify a separate DSP audio system only as part of a supported integration.
