The Yealink CM20 is a beamforming ceiling array microphone with 16 omnidirectional microphones across 8 pickup zones and a built-in DSP. It captures voices up to a up to 4.5 m effective pickup radius, which suits medium and large meeting rooms in the UAE that use Yealink 4th-generation MVC S50, S80, S90 and S98 systems.

The Yealink CM20 is an AI-powered ceiling microphone that picks up a room from above with 16 omnidirectional microphone units. Because the DSP is built in, it works with Yealink 4th-generation MVC S50, S80, S90 and S98 systems without an extra audio processor. Power and audio run over one Ethernet cable.

For a compatible room system, consider the Yealink MVC S50 or Yealink MVC S80. Yealink documents CM20 use with its supported MVC deployments. Confirm the exact bundle generation, firmware, audio topology and PoE budget before ordering; sharing the Yealink brand alone does not establish compatibility.
