Pro Series 3 and LUX for Enterprise

The Pro Series 3 runs Android 14, is Google EDLA certified, comes in 65, 75, 86 and 98 inches at 4K, and has 2 × 25 W speakers. LUX for Enterprise is the business version, with Google EDLA access to apps such as Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace from the Play Store, integrated NFC/RFID and 2 × 20 W speakers with 2 × 10 W subwoofers, in 65, 75 and 86 inches.

Clevertouch Edge for hybrid meetings

The Clevertouch Edge is an all-in-one meeting display. It uses FlatFrog InGlass touch for edge-to-edge writing with a passive pen that needs no charging and palm rejection, and has a top-mounted Sony 4K camera with a 90° view and voice and face tracking. It runs Android 13 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, is Google EDLA certified and comes in 65, 75 and 86 inches.

IMPACT Lux 2 for classrooms

The IMPACT Lux 2 is a Google EDLA certified display running Android 15 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Its HPIR touch frame supports 50 touch points with palm rejection and a 400 Hz scan rate, and its sound system has 2 × 20 W front speakers and 2 × 10 W subwoofers. It comes in 65, 75 and 86 inches and includes integrated NFC/RFID for log-in.

Clevershare and casting

OPS PCs, cameras and sound

Clevertouch OPS PCs with Intel Core i5 and i7 processors add Windows to the display through its OPS slot. The CleverCam MG201 is a Clevertouch camera for displays without a built-in camera, and Clevertouch sound bars and wall speakers add audio for larger rooms. Choose an Edge display when the room needs a camera built in, and add the CleverCam to other models.

Where Clevertouch is used

Schools and universities use IMPACT Lux 2 and Pro Series 3 displays in classrooms in place of whiteboards and projectors; see Education & Training Spaces. Offices use LUX for Enterprise and Edge displays in meeting rooms for whiteboarding, presentations and hybrid calls; see Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms. Clevertouch displays are indoor products, so in the UAE they belong in air-conditioned rooms, away from direct sun.

Installation and planning

Clevertouch displays of 65 to 98 inches are large and heavy, so the wall, mount and delivery route must suit the chosen size. Before ordering, check:

  • Mounting: a wall rated for the weight, or a height-adjustable stand for rooms used by different age groups.
  • Computing: whether Android apps are enough, or an OPS PC is needed for Windows software.
  • Room audio and camera: built-in on the Edge; added with a CleverCam and sound bar on other models.

Google EDLA (Enterprise Device License Agreement) certification means Google has approved the Android build on the display, so Google Play and Google apps run on it with Google's security features, such as data encryption and remote wipe or lock.

The IMPACT Lux 2, Pro Series 3, Edge and LUX for Enterprise are Google EDLA certified. Through Google Play, apps such as Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace can be installed on the display.

What is special about the Clevertouch Edge?

How many devices can share to a Clevertouch display at once?

With Clevershare, up to 50 devices can connect to a Clevertouch display and up to 9 screens can be shown at the same time. Clevershare works with Android, Windows, iOS and Chrome devices.

Users download the Clevershare app and type the code shown on the display. For rooms where guests should share with one button and no app, a wireless presentation system can be added.

Can a Clevertouch display run Windows?

Yes, with a Clevertouch OPS PC fitted into the display's OPS slot. This collection lists Clevertouch OPS PCs with Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, including 12th Gen models with Windows 11 Pro.

The display then switches between its built-in Android and the Windows PC. Choose an OPS PC when the room needs Windows software, and rely on the built-in Android with Google Play apps when it does not.

Does the Clevertouch IMPACT Lux 2 have a camera?

No. The IMPACT Lux 2 has speakers (2 × 20 W plus 2 × 10 W subwoofers) but no camera. For video calls, add a camera such as the Clevertouch CleverCam MG201 listed in this collection, or choose the Clevertouch Edge, which has a Sony 4K camera built in.

The camera connects to the display's Android system or OPS PC, or to the presenter's laptop, depending on where the call runs.

What touch technology do Clevertouch displays use?

Clevertouch uses infrared touch on the IMPACT Lux 2 and in-glass touch on the Clevertouch Edge. The IMPACT Lux 2 uses an HPIR (infrared) touch frame with 50 touch points, palm rejection and a 400 Hz scan rate. The Clevertouch Edge uses FlatFrog InGlass, which senses touch inside the glass for edge-to-edge writing.

Both support palm rejection, so a hand resting on the screen does not leave marks. The Edge pen is passive and needs no charging.

Which Clevertouch display suits a meeting room?

For meeting rooms, choose LUX for Enterprise for whiteboarding and presenting, or the Clevertouch Edge when the room needs a built-in camera for hybrid calls. Both are Google EDLA certified and come in 65, 75 and 86 inches.

LUX for Enterprise has integrated NFC/RFID and 2 × 20 W speakers with 2 × 10 W subwoofers. The Edge adds a Sony 4K camera with voice and face tracking.

Can Clevertouch displays log users in with a card?

Yes, on models with integrated NFC/RFID. The IMPACT Lux 2, Clevertouch Edge and LUX for Enterprise have integrated NFC/RFID, so users can tap a card to log in to their profile, apps and cloud files.

This suits shared classrooms and meeting rooms where many people use the same display. Check that your card type is supported before rolling out card log-in.
