The meeting application runs on a supported laptop; the bar provides the camera and room audio through the documented Button or app workflow. Core provides group framing and composition mode for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. The manufacturer pickup reference is up to 4 m, so seating, background noise and reverberation must be assessed in the actual room.
