Shure microphones, wireless and conferencing audio in the UAE
Shure is a microphone and audio electronics maker, and this collection lists 1,287 Shure products: wireless microphone systems from BLX to Axient Digital, Microflex conferencing microphones and processors, wired vocal and instrument microphones such as the SM58 and Nexadyne, PSM in-ear monitoring, SCM mixers and the spare transmitters, receivers, batteries and parts that keep systems running. CorporateAV.ae is an authorised dealer of Shure in the UAE.
The Shure range covers three different jobs: people speaking and performing, meeting rooms that join video calls, and the stage. The sections below explain which family fits each, with links to the category pages where models can be compared.
Choosing between Shure families
Wireless microphone systems
Shure BLX is the analog entry range, with up to 14 hours on two AA batteries. SLX-D+, QLX-D and ULX-D are digital with AES-256 encryption, and ULX-D adds Dante on dual and quad receivers for large installations. Axient Digital serves broadcast, theatre and major events with spectrum management. Compare them in Wireless Microphones & Transmitters.
Microflex conferencing
For meeting rooms, Shure Microflex combines ceiling and table array microphones, gooseneck and boundary microphones, and processing. The MXA925 ceiling array covers 30 × 30 ft (9 × 9 m) out of the box with Automatic Coverage and AI-enabled IntelliMix DSP, and the MXA902 combines an array microphone, a loudspeaker and processing in one ceiling unit. Compare them in Ceiling & Conference Microphones.
Wired microphones and in-ear monitoring
For stages, the Shure SM58 is a cardioid dynamic vocal microphone with a 50 to 15,000 Hz frequency response and a pneumatic shock mount that cuts handling noise, and Nexadyne and KSM8 extend the range. Performers hear their own mix through PSM in-ear monitoring: the PSM 300 sends 24-bit digital wireless audio over a range of up to 90 m from a half-rack transmitter, and PSM1000 serves larger stages.
Networking and management
Dante and PoE
Microflex devices run on the network. The MXA902 carries audio, PoE+ power and control over a single Dante/AES67 cable, and the IntelliMix P300 processor connects 10 Dante inputs, 2 analog inputs, USB and a mobile device to a conferencing system, powered by PoE+. Shure ANI interfaces and the ANIUSB-MATRIX connect analog equipment and computers to the Dante network.
Software and monitoring
Shure Designer software configures Microflex rooms, Wireless Workbench plans and monitors wireless channels, and SystemOn audio asset management reports device status across a building. ShureCloud manages devices and software licences, including IntelliMix Room subscriptions, which this collection lists in 8 and 16-channel versions.
Where Shure is used
Shure conferencing systems serve boardrooms, huddle rooms and training rooms; Shure states that the MXA902 is certified for use with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Gooseneck microphones such as the MX412, with a 12-inch (30.5 cm) gooseneck, serve lecterns, council chambers and courtrooms, and wireless systems serve hotels, conference centres, schools, houses of worship and live music; see Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms. In the UAE, choose the wireless frequency band for the place of use and check it before every event.
Installation and planning
Shure systems are quick to deploy when the room, network and frequencies are planned first. Check:
- Room and coverage: seating area and ceiling height for array microphones, or the number of goosenecks and boundary microphones.
- Network: PoE+ switch ports and Dante settings for MXA arrays, P300 and ANI devices.
- Frequencies: the band for each wireless system, and a coordinated plan where several rooms run at once.
Ceiling arrays fix with Shure's own mounts, such as the A900 ceiling mount, Gripple suspension and pole mount kits and the A910-HCM hard ceiling mount; the MXA710 has a flush mount kit. Displays, cameras and AV equipment in the same room mount on VSYS, CorporateAV.ae's own mounting brand.
