Ceiling installation and commissioning
Coordinate cable routes and access with the ceiling construction before work starts. Select the correct microphone and speaker mounting accessories for the ceiling type and verify the complete support arrangement. Commission pickup zones, playback levels, echo behaviour and full-duplex conversation from the actual seats. Document the selected host settings and test both a normal discussion and a quiet speaker at the furthest position.

Why choose the Yealink CMKit-121?
- The CM20's 16 microphone elements and eight pickup zones support voice pickup across the designed seating area.
Designing coverage rather than counting seats
The manufacturer illustrates one package in a 5 × 8 m room and two packages for a 6 × 10 m example. These are design references, not a guarantee for every room with those dimensions. Ceiling height, table position, background noise and reverberation change the result. A room with reflective glass and hard surfaces may need acoustic treatment or a different microphone layout even when the floor area matches the example.
Microphone pickup and loudspeaker playback
Place the CM20 to serve the intended speaking positions and distribute the CS10 loudspeakers for comfortable playback. Microphone pickup and loudspeaker coverage are separate parts of the design; concentrating both near one end of a long table is not automatically effective. CM20 includes DSP functions such as noise and reverberation processing, but these do not replace the need to control excessive room noise and poor speaker placement.
