The Yealink UVC40 E2 is an all-in-one USB video bar for small and huddle rooms. It combines an 8 MP camera, eight-MEMS microphone array and loudspeaker, using a connected computer or compatible room host to run the meeting software.

The published package includes a wall bracket and a television mount bracket, with a desktop stand optional. Place the camera near a natural eye line and keep the lens view clear of the display and furniture. Use the specified adapter and USB connection path, allowing room to reach the connectors. If wired network management is required, configure the documented RJ45 operating mode and test how it affects the selected accessory arrangement.

USB room hardware with a separate meeting host
The bar acts as the computer's camera and audio peripheral using standard UVC/UAC device interfaces. It does not contain the Android room compute found in a MeetingBar. A laptop or approved room PC runs Teams, Zoom or the selected application. Define whether the room uses a dedicated computer or visiting laptops, then select the cable route and any supported BYOD connection hardware for that workflow.
Framing and image behaviour
Automatic framing follows the group as people join or leave, while speaker tracking can adjust the view towards an active speaker. Smart Area Exposure supports face exposure within the camera image. Available application resolution still depends on the host, USB path, meeting software and bandwidth; a 4K camera specification is not a promise of 4K transmitted video in every service.
Room audio and extension microphones
The integrated microphone array and speaker provide the basic full-duplex audio path. The manufacturer lists VCM35 wired and VCM36-W wireless extension options for supported arrangements.
