The Yealink MeetingBar A25 is an Android collaboration bar for focus and huddle rooms. Three 8 MP cameras, a microphone array, loudspeaker and conferencing compute share one compact enclosure, allowing a small room to use a dedicated meeting endpoint instead of separate camera and audio devices.

The standard wall mount provides the normal fixed-installation path; supported television and tabletop mounts are optional. Arrange mains power, network access and display cabling together, leaving access to the privacy cover and connection panel. Provision the selected device management platform and meeting account, then check sign-in, call audio, framing, content sharing and recovery after standby.

A compact room endpoint
A25 is intended for rooms where participants sit relatively close to the front display. The wide camera view helps with short viewing distances, while automatic framing and supported speaker views reduce manual camera adjustment. Confirm the nearest and furthest seat and avoid placing the bar where the table or a screen edge blocks the lenses. Its single HDMI output should be considered when a project calls for more than one room display.
Choose the edition and controller bundle
A25 supports documented native Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and BYOD workflows. Select the actual platform edition and firmware at the specification stage. A25-010 adds VCR11 and the stated USB cable; A25-031 is the CTP25 controller package. The base A25 listing does not imply either accessory bundle. A25-BYOM is a distinct configuration and should not be substituted on the basis of the shared A25 family name.
Audio and sharing limits
The built-in microphone system cannot be extended with expansion microphones. If the seating or acoustics require more coverage, assess another room design rather than adding an unsupported microphone. Camera resolution, local sharing and in-meeting sharing have different limits: the manufacturer's platform table lists Teams in-meeting sharing at 1080p30 and local sharing up to 4K30. Test the required workflow with the actual meeting service and laptop.
