No. Speaker brackets are designed for specific loudspeaker families, and makers state which cabinets each one supports. d&b says its Z5397 YP swivel bracket must only be used with Y7P or Y10P cabinets, and Electro-Voice designs the EVOLVE-WMK only for EVOLVE 30M, 50 and 50M columns up to 5 kg.

Use the bracket named in the loudspeaker's own documents, and follow its mounting instructions.

Up to six line array cabinets can stand on one base plate, depending on the plate. The JBL SRX906LA base plate supports up to six SRX906LA cabinets and the SRX910LA base plate up to four. The d&b Z5375 holds three T10 cabinets, or six when connected to a subwoofer, and the d&b Z5396 holds three Y8 or Y12 cabinets on the ground or six on a subwoofer such as the Y-SUB.

Never exceed the maker's cabinet count.

The JBL base plates in this collection give -15° to +5°. That applies to the VTX A12 BP, the VTX A8 BP and the SRX906LA and SRX910LA base plates, and to the VTX A12 VT GND outrigger system.

The angle tilts the bottom of a ground-stacked array so it covers the audience area from the stage edge to the back rows. Set it from the maker's prediction software for the venue.

The JBL VTX A12 BP is a two-part base plate that lets VTX A12 line array cabinets be ground-stacked directly on a VTX B28 subwoofer. It has a universal M20 threaded pole mount and array angles from -15° to +5°.

The B28 has three M20 pole mount points on top for the A12, A8 and V20 base plates, and the JBL VTX B28 GND adds two outriggers for stability.

Use the maker's stand adapter for a standard 35 mm stand pole. The JBL VTX PM is a universal T-bar adapter for 35 mm poles with M10 knobs, and the d&b Z5024 adapts compatible d&b loudspeakers to a 35 mm stand column.

d&b lists the Z5024 as the stand option for its Z5397 YP swivel bracket. Check the stand's own load rating against the loudspeaker's weight.

The JBL CBT 1000 ships with a two-piece swivel and tilt wall bracket. For other layouts, the optional JBL CBT1K-ACC1 kit adds two flush-mount brackets, an offset bracket for CBT 1000 plus 1000E arrays and a suspension bracket kit with top and bottom attachment points.

The CBT 1000 cabinet weighs 24.5 kg, so fix the bracket to a structure rated for that load.

Yes. The Electro-Voice EVOLVE-WMK wall mount kit holds the column of an EVOLVE 30M, EVOLVE 50 or EVOLVE 50M away from its subwoofer, with 15° of downward tilt and 45° of left and right adjustment, for columns up to 5 kg.

It comes with Phoenix-style or NL4 connectors in black or white. The EVOLVE-TM-B does the same on a truss with M10 clamps rated for 20 kg.

Some can, with the maker's bracket. The d&b Z5555 horizontal bracket mounts a d&b 21S-SUB directly to a ceiling, for a total system weight of 58.3 kg. With the d&b Z5556 bracket extension, a second 21S-SUB can be added, for a total of 114.8 kg.

d&b states that no additional loads may be added, and the ceiling structure must carry the full system weight.

Outriggers widen the base of a tall ground stack so it cannot tip if it is knocked or caught by wind. The JBL VTX B28 GND attaches two outriggers to the B28 subwoofer's integral rigging.

The JBL VTX A12 VT GND fits the A12 and B28 vertical transporters with four screw jacks for levelling on uneven stages, and an angle range of -15° to +5°.

Four facts decide the hardware: the exact loudspeaker models and how many cabinets form each array; whether they hang, stand on a pole or stack on a subwoofer; the structure they fix to and its load rating; and the aiming angle needed for the audience area.

With these, the maker's bracket can be matched, for example a JBL SRX906LA base plate for up to six SRX906LA cabinets.
