XBoard V7 meeting room displays

The XBoard V7 is MAXHUB's all-in-one meeting display. The 86-inch V8650 is a 4K IPS screen rated at 350 nits with 50 touch points, a Windows PC module with a 12th Gen Intel processor, three 50 MP cameras with 5x hybrid zoom, a 16-microphone array with a 15 m pick-up range and a 2.1 speaker system. It has 2 HDMI inputs and a USB-C input with DisplayPort 1.2, and is rated for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CMA signage displays

MAXHUB CMA displays are 4K signage screens from 43 to 98 inches, all rated at 500 nits and for 24/7 operation with a 50,000-hour life. The series has a full-function USB-C port with 65 W laptop charging, a non-glare coating and a conformal coating against salt, dust and humidity, and the 65 to 98-inch models add an 80-pin OPS slot. Interactive displays for classrooms and teams

The other MAXHUB interactive series cover different budgets and rooms: V6 Classic, ViewPro and Transcend for meeting rooms, U and E series for education, the S series, and the B8610 Smart Blackboard. Most are 4K touch displays in 55, 65, 75 and 86 inches. Choose by whether the room needs a built-in camera and microphones, as on the XBoard V7, or uses a separate camera or video bar.

MAXHUB UC devices add video calls to any screen. Wireless sharing

MAXHUB Share lets laptops and phones share to MAXHUB displays without cables, by app or wireless dongle; the XBoard V7 also supports Miracast, AirPlay and Chromecast. Where MAXHUB is used

Offices use MAXHUB XBoard displays in huddle rooms and boardrooms as the screen, whiteboard and video call system in one; see Boardrooms & Meeting Rooms. Schools use the U and E series interactive displays, and retail and lobbies use CMA signage. MAXHUB rates the XBoard V7 for 0 °C to 40 °C indoor use, and the CMA conformal coating is useful in humid coastal UAE buildings.

Installation and planning

An 86-inch MAXHUB XBoard V8650 weighs 59.95 kg and uses an 800 × 600 mm VESA pattern; the 98-inch CMA ND98CMA weighs 69.90 kg. Before ordering, check:

Wall or stand: a wall rated for the weight, or a mobile stand for shared rooms.
Camera position: on the XBoard V7 the cameras are built in; for other series, plan where the video bar sits.
Power and network: a socket and LAN point behind the screen, and a USB-C or HDMI cable route from the table.

For wall mounts and mobile stands, the VSYS range covers displays of these sizes. The 86-inch MAXHUB XBoard V8650 (59.95 kg, VESA 800 × 600 mm) fits the VSYS VSVW13-610T push-pull wall mount, rated 130 kg for 45 to 110 inches, and the VSYS VTLX18H-610TW motorised cart, rated 120 kg for 55 to 100 inches on VESA patterns up to 1000 × 600 mm.

Choose 65 inches for huddle rooms, 75 inches for mid-size rooms and 86 inches for larger rooms. If a room already has a video bar, a display without a camera avoids paying twice for the same function.

Does the MAXHUB XBoard V7 run Windows?

Yes. The XBoard V7 V8650 runs MAXHUB OS on a Windows PC module, the MT71 series with a 12th Gen Intel processor, so Windows meeting and whiteboard software runs on the display itself.

The PC module has Wi-Fi 6, its own USB and HDMI ports and a LAN port. The touch return also works with Windows, Mac OS, Android, Linux and Chrome OS laptops connected by cable.

How much power does a MAXHUB XBoard V7 use?

MAXHUB rates the 86-inch XBoard V7 V8650 at 175 W typical and 465 W maximum, with 0.5 W in standby, from a 100 V to 240 V supply.
